Manager: Corporate Finance

Job Grading: Paterson D2

Primary purpose of position:

To develop and manage and establish framework for the management of the assets and cost in order to continuously monitor spending patterns, variances, ratios, and budgeting approaches and recommend and implement improvements in resource utilization.

Financial Controls

Financial statement preparation

Costing

Staff Management

Procurement & tender administration

Internal & external audit

Insurance & reinsurance

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in financial Accounting with completed articles is a minimum requirement.

NQF Level 7

Five (5) years relevant experience of which at least two (2) should have been in a managerial capacity.

Good managerial and organisational skills.

Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of business economics, cost structures, budgeting systems and financial reporting.

Familiarity with relevant government legislation and administration procedures

Knowledge of legal regulations and directives, financial administration (GAAP, IFRS) and ICT systems.

Employment Conditions:

This is a five-year renewable appointment with performance agreement.


Manager: Human Resources and Organisational Development

Job Grading: Paterson D2

Primary purpose of position:

To direct and coordinate all human resources strategies, policies, and procedures, and to provide advice to all levels of management on human resources services.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources Management or Industrial Relations is a minimum requirement.

NQF Level 7

Five (5) years relevant experience of which at least two (2) should have been in a managerial capacity.

Good managerial and organisational skills.

Sound communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong conflict handling and negotiation skills

Sound working knowledge of effective functioning of human resource manage-ment systems at a strategic and operational level

Sound knowledge of relevant legislations and administration procedures

Risk Officer: Risk and Assurance (Re- Advertisement)

Job Grading: Paterson C2

Primary purpose of position:

To assist the head : Risk Assurance to develop, implement and maintain a risk management framework that identifies and assesses risk, develop risk prevention and mitigation solutions and response strategies as well as the effective review, monitoring and reporting of risk management activities; and to conduct audits according to the required standards( institute of internal Auditors and company standards & methodology).

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Diploma or degree in Risk Management Auditing and or Finance

At least five (5) years relevant experience in risk management, projects, investigations/ assessments, internal audit, finance and governance.

Computer literate, organisational skills; good verbal and written communi-cation; report writing.

Very flexible, trustworthy, integrity, independent mind set, accurate, observant, assertive, organised

Secretary: General Manager Business Support Services

Job Grading: Paterson B3

Primary purpose of position:

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative and secretarial support services to the General Manager: Business support in order to contribute towards the smooth running of the department. To promote professional internal and external communication.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Executive Secretarial Diploma or a Diploma in Administration.

NQF Level 6

Three (3) years relevant Experience in secretarial and administration

Excellent command of English sound communication skills both verbal and written

Strong minute taking and administration skills

Good interpersonal skills, organising and planning skills

Strong typing skills and computer literate (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint& Web applications)

Driver/Cooperate Runner

Job Grading: Paterson B1

Primary purpose of position:

The primary function of this position is to ensure the smooth delivery and collection of all internal and external correspondence and items. Also to ensure that staff and visitors are transported safely and timeously to and from their destinations.

Transporting of staff and visitors; Delivery and collection of items and documents

Vehicle maintenance; General duties

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Grade 12 with 2 years working experience as a driver and good driving skills

Good communication skills. Well conversant in spoken English

Job Grading: Paterson B3

Primary purpose of position:

The primary function of this position is to provide administrative and secretarial support services to the Head: Company Secretariat and Legal Advice in order to contribute towards the smooth running of the depart-ment, and to promote professional internal and external communication.

Minimum Qualification, Experience & Competence Requirement:

Executive Secretarial Diploma or a Diploma in Administration.

NQF Level 6

Three (3) years relevant Experience in legal secretarial environment, will be an added advantage.

Excellent command of English
