Senior HR Administrator – Windhoek – Old Mutual Namibia

Introduction…

Old Mutual is a leading Financial Services provider. We require a Senior HR Administrator.This role is responsible for all HR and learning administration duties.

Minimum Requirements…

  • Namibian Citizenship;
  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology;
  • 1-3 years HR Administrative Experience;
  • A combination of generalist and specialist HR knowledge will be an added advantage;
  • Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage;
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent customer service and problem solving skills;
  • Strong planning, organizing and time management skills;
  • High energy levels and a team player;
  • Ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to work independently; and
  • Excellent communicator with a passion for customer service and relationship building.

Job Specification…

  • Provides proactive and efficient professional administrative support and assistance to the HR team;
  • Provides process and practice support on all HR related matters;
  • Resolves queries about process issues relating to HR practices;
  • Ensures the availability of accurate HR information and data;
  • Provides support to internal customers to identify, clarify and resolve queries;
  • Provides administrative support to various HR projects and audits;
  • Identifies trends to support meaningful HR decisions;
  • Facilitates the appointment, termination and transfer processes;
  • Provides support to the co-ordination and completion of HR Surveys;
  • Ensures compliance with HR processes and procedures and proactively manages risks related to own areas of responsibility;
  • Performs general HR duties (payroll and personnel updates, etc.); and
  • Deals with personal and sensitive information that necessitates confidentiality at all times.
