Restaurant Operations Manager

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
Responsible for planning, organizing and directing all operational activities of the Hospitality Group

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
•Grade 12.
•Five or more years of related experience, with at least two or more years on management experience.
•Additional related Hospitality management experience will be an advantage.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

•Assists Senior Management in developing short and long term operational goals as well as relevant policies and procedures for implementation.
•Oversees and handles the procurement of all services, third party service contracts, and directs maintenance procedures and maintenance plans.
•Responsible for the day to day running and control of Restaurants in the Group in respect of all operational related issues.
•Conducts scheduled Restaurant inspections and identify possible shortcomings in respect of maintenance, security, cleaning and parking facilities, and implements improvements as necessary.
•Implement security strategy and develop action plan to prevent incidents.
•Responsible for the conducting of regular Occupational Health and Safety inspections and ensure that Occupational Health and Safety requirements are effectively implemented.
