  • Answer incoming calls
  • Transfer calls to relevant person
  • Meet and greet clients
  • Direct clients to boardroom
  • Organise refreshments for meetings
  • General admin duties
  • Receiving and sending of parcels / internal mail


Excellent communication skills – English and Afrikaans

Computer skills – MS Word, MS Excel, Outlook

Well-presented and well-spoken

2+ Years’ experience in similar position
