PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
This is a specialist position responsible for planning, implementing and coordinating activities related to Talent Development and Management as well as Organisational Development in line with the Company strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
A Degree in Industrial Psychology with at least 4-5 years relevant work experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in planning, organising and executing L&D and/or OD project
Experience using competency and capability assessment and evaluation instruments
Knowledge of the NTA Levy Process

KEY ACCOUNTABILITY
Liaise with business partners in determining and planning for Capability Development needs in the business
Coordinate and monitor training and development interventions and budget
Coordinate, lead and monitor Talent pools and pipelines to ensure sustainability of skills/knowledge and capability in NBL
Develop, review and implement new Training and Development/OD projects and programs
Utilise assessment data in advising, planning and managing individual and team development
Maintain and update all training interventions on the SAP System and provide monthly reports using accurate and best practice L&D metrics
Administer the bursary, apprentice and study loan scheme
