Job Requirements:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • 3 years relevant experience
  • Experience in stock control, storeroom counter sales and parts administration
  • Be a leader and team builder with sound interpersonal skills
  • Competent self- motivated person
  • Computer literate with experience in Automate
  • Be passionate about customer service

Job Duties:

  • To establish and maintain the number of adequately trained staff needed to achieve agreed objectives
  • To ensure that customer relations training is particularly effective
  • To ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded and when necessary, information passed to other departments
  • To maintain effective liaison with manufacturers, suppliers and major customers
  • To contribute to marketing plan of dealership as required
  • To ensure department operates within overall departmental budget
