You will diligently manage the monitoring and evaluation activities of the Elimination 8 with the aim of enabling the organization to evaluate the impact of its malaria elimination initiatives. The M&E Manager will oversee the monitoring and evaluation (M&E) of the activities supported under the grant and their resultant impact on the region’s elimination goals. He/She will coordinate the collection and aggregation of data from contractors and implementing partners as part of the project evaluation. He/She will develop strong working relationships with the national malaria control programs and implementing partners to develop the requisite capacity for harmonized reporting of a high quality, and to implement data verification and quality improvement exercises, contributing to reliable reporting on the grant targets. He/She will be highly experienced in the management of health information systems in the context of this region, with robust experience in advanced quantitative analysis. He/She will have a track record of delivering results in complex environments. He/She will be an innovative problem solver, with a strong work ethic, and proven experience in working diplomatically with a wide range of health systems and information officers to rapidly scale improvements in data quality and analysis.
