Kitchen Assistant

LOCATION: &Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge
CONTRACT PERIOD: 1 April 2017- 31 July 2017 (4 months- possibility of extension)
KEY OUTPUTS:
• Cooking and baking of all meals for staff
• Cleaning of all dishes, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and general cleaning of storerooms, fridges and freezers
• Assist chefs when necessary
• Any other reasonable task required of you by Management
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED: • Minimum of 1 year cooking experience • Good English speaking skills
