Intern Office Administrator Wanted
Vacancy for an Intern Office Administrator in Windhoek for a Real Estate Company wanted to start Immediately. NOTE: N$2000 subsistence allowance

Requirements:
* Good command of English
* Good telephone etiquette
* Good communication skills, written and spoken
* Must be a 2nd or 3rd year student registered at a tertiary institutions
* Punctual & Professional
* Detail orientated
* Computer literate
*above average level integrity
* Must be bilingual, English & Afrikaans, other languages will be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities
* General administration
* Setting appointments with clients
* Doing follow ups
* Drawing up Invoices and Quotations
* Assisting with contracts (training will be given)
* Updating internal and external Data Base
* Social media management (guideline will be given)
* Any other ad-hoc duties
